When you watch golf, what are the things you generally think about? Pastel colored polos come to mind…as do khaki shorts, or other shorts also featuring pastel colors. You may think boys with trust funds, and retired men with tan, weathered faces, drinking cocktails in the brooding sun. You might think “four”, you might see clubs and lots of standing around.

Despite what you may or may not see, golfing has been a sport enjoyed by all kinds of people for many years. Many say it’s much more fun to play a game of golf than it is to watch it on tv. But generally speaking, those who have played tend to understand the game, and those who understand the game and enjoy it are probably more likely to enjoy it in any setting. [Read more…]
